On the way to being the leading reverse logistics company

Reverse Logistics GmbH was founded in 2006 as a holding in order to be able to take over Vfw AG from Deutsche Post and submit a takeover bid to the shareholders of the listed CCR Logistics System AG. It is an indirect subsidiary of Monitor Clipper Equity Partners II L.P. and further owners. After the successful takeover, the Cycleon Group was acquired in addition in 2007.

Today, the Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) consists of the parent company Reverse Logistics GmbH and the three group subsidiaries CCR Logistics System AG, Vfw GmbH and Cycleon International Holding B.V.

The objective in cooperation with the subsidiaries is to offer the widest range of services in the field of reverse logistics on the market. This means international one-stop shopping solutions for the customer – from C2B and B2B to B2C. RLG with its subsidiaries can today already point to a widely distributed blue chip customer base.
